米索前列醇在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中的临床应用

Clinical application of misoprostol in laparoscopic resection of myoma of uterus

目的:探讨腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术时使用米索前列醇手术预处理对手术出血量、术后排气时间的影响。方法:137例患者随机分成2组,进行手术预处理,其中69例放置举宫器时在阴道后穹窿置米索前列醇600ug为研究组,68例子宫肌层注射缩宫素20IU作为对照组。分析不同预处理手术中出血量,术后排气时间的情况。结果:研究组的出血量较少、术后排气时间较短,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术时阴道后穹窿置米索前列醇600ug可使术中出血量明显减少,术后排气时间明显缩短。

Objective To investigate the effect of pretreatment on the use of misoprostol operation operation bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods Laparoscopic uterine fibroids resection in 137 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups for pretreatment of operation, including 69 cases of uterine manipulator in placed in the posterior fornix of vagina misoprostol 600ug set, as the study group. Another group of 68 cases of uterine muscle injection of oxytocin 20IU, as control group. The amount of bleeding in the operation of different pretreatment, exhaust time after operation. Results The less bleeding, postoperative exhaust time is short, there is significant difference compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy when placing misoprostol vaginal fornix 600ug can cause bleeding was significantly reduced, postoperative exhaust time was shortened obviously.
