春节期间亲友互助捐献机采血小板者与无偿自愿捐献者人群结构分析和初筛结果对比分析

目的:了解春节期间成都市机采血小板捐献者人群结构和采血前体检初筛结果,分析两种献血方式存在差异性的原因,为制定特殊时期应急捐献机采血小板和保证血液质量的策略提供依据。方法:收集春节期间220名献机采血小板者资料及采血前体检初筛结果,分为亲友互助组和无偿自愿者组,运用统计学方法分析两种献血方式的差异。结果:亲友互助捐献机采血小板比例高达83.6%,97.8%的人均为初次献血,以初中文化和农民为主,其采血前合格率仅为41.8%,采血后复检淘汰9人均来自亲友互助组。无偿自愿者组5.6%为初次献血,以大专文化和职员为主,其采血前合格率75%,复检全部合格。两种献血方式体检淘汰各项目差异均有统计学意义,且亲友互助组各项淘汰率均高于无偿自愿者组,前三项依次为征询不合格、ALT不合格和PLT计数不合格。结论:亲友互助献血只能作为一种应急时期的补充,总量必须适当控制。

Objective： To understand during the Spring Festival in Chengdu platelet donors population structure and results of physical ex-amination screening before blood sampling , analysis of two blood donation there are differences in the reasons for providing evidence for the development of the special period of emergency donated platelets and guarantee the quality of blood. METHODS ： The data and Blood exami-nation before screening results that during the Spring Festival 220 donated aphaeresis platelet divided into the group of friends and relatives mutual aid group and unpaid volunteers group, using statistical methods to analysis the difference of the two blood donation ways. RESULTS： During the Spring Festival, friends and relatives mutual donate platelets as high as 83. 6% ratio, 97.8% of the initial donation of human, in junior high school education and farmer - based, their blood before the pass rate of 41.8% o Retest after blood relatives from out of nine mu- tual aid per capita. Unpaid volunteer group, 5. 6% of the initial human blood, dominated by college culture and staff. Their blood before passing rate of 75%, re - examination are qualified after blood collection. Examination of two blood donation ways out of the screening differences were statistically significant, and the phase - out rate of the friends and relatives group is higher than the unpaid volunteer group, the first three followed by consultation does not qualified, the ALT unqualified and PLT counts failed. CONCLUSION ：voluntary blood dona-tion, relatives and friends mutual aid blood donation only as a supplement of an emergency period, the total must be properly controlled.
