基层医院可利用胱抑素C指标开展肾功能损害检查

目的:探讨胱抑素C指标的优越性,可为基层医院更快捷地诊断肾功能损害。方法:对临床确诊的60个肾功能损害病例的尿蛋白、尿素、肌酐和胱抑素C指标进行关联性分析。结果:胱抑素C在肾功能损害诊断中的稳定性最好。结论:胱抑素c的诊断准确性明显优于其它指标,是理想的评价肾小球滤过率的内源性生化标志物。

Objective To explore the superiority of cystatin C indicators, can service for grass - roots hospitals better and faster diagnosis of renal function damage. Methods To correlation analyse for the indexes of urinary protein, urea, creatinine and cystatin C, to the 60 cases clinically diagnosed of renal function damage. Results Cystatin C is the most stability index in diagnosing of renal function damage. Conclu-sion In the diagnostic accuracy , Cystatin C is significantly better than other index, itis the ideal endogenous biochemical marker in evalua- ting glomerular filtration rate.
