护理评估在精神分裂症病人风险管理中的应用

目的:探讨精神科护理评估的临床实施技巧,提高护理人员的评估技能,将护理干预关口前移,降低护理风险。方法:将2011年7月—2012年12月151例精神分裂症患者随机分成2组,对照组用传统的临床护理方法,观察组从入院当天就实施护理评估,针对评估内容进行临床护理,比较两组患者在住院期间的风险发生率。结果:观察组病人发生的突发意外事件明显低于对照组,且护理质量满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论:在精神科护理管理中重视护理评估的临床实施,尽早识别现有的和潜在的护理风险,可以减少和预防突发的意外事件,提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。

Objective We aim to improve assessment skills of nursing personnel , push nursing intervention passes forward and reduce nursing risk by exploring the clinical skills of psychiatric nursing assessment. Methods 151 patients who ware diagnosed schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups during January 2011-2012 January. The control group was treated by traditional clinical nursing method . The nursing assessment was taken on the observation group patients as soon as they were hospitalized. The clinical care depended on the re- sult of the nursing assessment. Then compare the rate of risk in the two groups. Results There is a much lower rate of accident in observation group than in control group, and higher satisfaction on the quality of nursing care. The differences were statistically significant （ p 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion We should pay much attention to nursing assessment during the clinical implementation of psychiatric nursing management for rec-ognizing the existing and potential nursing risk, reducing the sudden accidents and improving the quality of nursing service and patients＇satis-faction.
