中西结合治疗对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后髋关节功能恢复的影响

The effect of western medicine and traditional chineses medicine to the functional restoration of the hip joint of old patients with femoral intertrechanteric fractures

目的:探讨中西结合治疗对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院骨科收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折80例作为研究对象,随机分为中西结合组(38例)和常规治疗组(42例)。两组患者均采用DHS内固定手术治疗,中西结合组在手术治疗的基础上给予中药辨证施治。于术后1、6、12个月采用Harris髋关节评分表评价两组患者髋关节功能恢复程度。结果:两组患者术后1、6、12个月Harris髋关节评分表各指标及总评分均较术前有明显改善(P<0.01)。各时间点,中西结合组患者各指标及总评分明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。术后随访1年时,按Harris髋关节评分标准,中西结合组患者髋关节功能恢复优良率94.7%,常规治疗组患者髋关节功能恢复优良率83.3%,中西结合组患者明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的疗效确切,加快骨折愈合,有利于老年患者术后髋关节功能的恢复。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of western medicine and traditional chineses medicine to the functional restoration of the hip joint of old patients with femoral intertrechanteric fractures.Methods：80 old patients with femoral intertrechanteric fractures were divided into two groups：Chinese and western group（38 cases）and normal treatment group（42 cases）.Two groups were all treated with dynamic hip screw,and Chinese and western group were treated with traditional chineses medicine.Follow up 1,6,12 month,the functional restoration of the hip joint of two groups were judged by Harris.Results：At 1,6,12 month,the indexes and total scores of Harris in two groups improved significantly compared with preoperation（P0.05）.At 1,6,12 month,the indexes and total scores of Harris in Chinese and western group were higher sig nificantly than those in normal treatment group（P0.05）.Follow up one year,the excellent rate in Chinese and western group（94.7%）were higher significantly than that in normal treatment group（83.3%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：Western medicine and traditional chineses medicine is a fine method for old patients with femoral intertrechanteric fractures,which is benefical to the functional restoration of the hip joint.
