摘要
目的:探讨成纤维细胞在高浓度葡萄糖环境中的增殖活性。方法:分离培养人真皮成纤维细胞,传代后分别用含不同高浓度葡萄糖的DMEM培养基培养,在不同时段进行细胞记数并用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果:随着葡萄糖浓度的增高,成纤维细胞的增殖数量明显减少,凋亡细胞比例显著增加。结论:高浓度葡萄糖对成纤维细胞的增殖活性可能有抑制作用。
Objective:To study the effects of high concentrations on biological behavior of dermal fibroblast.Methods :Normal human dermal fibroblasts were cultured by primary culture in vitro,and were subcultured in mediums with different concentrations of glucose,then the pro liferation of human dermal fibroblasts was detected by cell count and flow cytometry.Results :The number of increased cells cultured in the medium with higher concentrations of glucose was significant larger than that with lower concentrations of glucose,but the number of apopto sis cells of the former group was smaller than that of the latter group.Conclusion :The proliferation of human dermal fibroblasts may be inhibited by high concentration of glucose.
