经尿道前列腺电切术与等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects between transurethral electrocisison and transurethral plasma kinetic resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:通过比较经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)与经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切(PKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的两种术式,评价其临床效果以优缺点。方法:将临床上已经确诊为BPH的40例患者,随机分为2组,每组20例,分别采用TURP和PKRP治疗,术前2组病人的前列腺特异性抗原(PSA),尿流动力学、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)等差异比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05分别比较术前术后2组病人的组织病理切片、术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数、留置导尿管时间等指标。结果:2组病人手术时间、住院天数、组织病理切片的效果、术中出血量、术后留置导尿管时间等均有有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PKRP与TURP治疗BPH,近期效果无明显差异,但其安性以及术后近期效果等更好。

Objective To compare the clinical effects , the advantages and disadvantages. Of transurethral resection and transurethral resection bipolar plasma treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia two procedures. Methods： The clinical diagnosis of BPH has been the 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each of the 20 cases,TURP and PKRP treatment were used, 2 groups of patients before surgery for prostate specific antigen （PSA）, urodynamics, prostate symptom score （IPSS）, etc. There were no statistically significant difference （P〉 0.05）, were compared preoperative 2 groups of patients after tissue biopsy, blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, catheterization time and complications after short-term indicators. Results： 2 groups of patients the operation time, hospital stay, tissue biopsy, blood loss, the significant difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. Indwelling catheter time, short-term complications after surgery no significant （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion： Treatment of BPH with TURP and PKRP no significant difference between short-term effect, but its effect and safety effects, and better ~stoDerative Datholo~.
