中药银硼雾化吸入治疗慢喉痹的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of atomization inhalation of Yin Peng atomizing inhalation liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.

目的探讨中药银硼雾化吸入液雾化吸入(中药银硼雾化吸入)治疗慢喉痹的临床疗效及护理。方法选择2008年1月至2012年7月在我院耳鼻喉科治疗的331例慢喉痹患者,随机分为观察组175例(中药银硼雾化吸入)和对照组156例(西药雾化吸入),治疗过程中采取相应的护理措施并观察两组患者连续治疗7 d后其咽部症状和体征。结果观察组慢喉痹患者的显效率为61.71%,对照组的显效率为38.46%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药银硼雾化吸入治疗慢喉痹有显著疗效且护理发挥着重要作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing of atomization inhalation of Yin Peng atom- izing inhalation liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods A total of 331 patients with chronic pharyn- gitis from January 2008 to July 2012 in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of our hospital were selected and ran- domly divided into the observation group （n=175, treated by atomization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine, Yin Peng atomizing inhalation liquid） and the control group （n=156, treated by atomization inhalation of western medi- cine）. Corresponding nursing measures were taken inthe course of treatment. The two groups were observed for the pharyngeal symptoms and signs after 7 days of treatment. Results The markedly effective rate in the observation group was 61.71%, significantly higher than that in the control group （38.46%）, P〈0.01. Conclusion Atomization in- halation of Yin Peng atomizing inhalation liquid shows remarkable curative effect in the treatment of chronic pharyngi- tis, and nursing plays an important role in the process.
