摘要
文中介绍了南方电网静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)示范工程(简称STATCOM工程)的工程规模、接线方式、电气二次系统的关键技术及设计要点。重点阐述保护系统分层分级的配置方式,通过仿真计算验证不配置35 kV母线保护的可行性,对比不同的监控及远动系统配置方案并指出每个方案的工程应用范围,介绍其他二次系统的设计及实现方法等等,为后续的STATCOM工程提供参考。
This paper introduced the CSG STATCOM demonstration project,including the project scale,mode of connection,key technologies and design essentials of the electrical secondary system.The hierarchical and level-to-level protection configuration was focused on.Though the verifying the feasibility of not setting 35 kV bus bar protection by computer simulation,and comparing the different monitoring and remote control systems setting schemes and pointing out its applicability,This paper introduced the design schemes and realization methods of other secondary systems,which provided some references for other STATCOM projects.
