介绍了光电轴角编码器的种类、原理及其性能衡量指标。对国内外光电编码器误差检测技术进行了统计和比较。针对国内误差检测技术的发展现状,阐述了误差检测技术的未来发展趋势。
The types, principle and measure index of photoelectric encoders are summarized. The error detection techniques for photoelectric encoder at home and abroad are compared on the statistics basis. The future developement current of domestic error detection in view of the cur- rent situation is expounded.
