简述了条纹管的工作原理。设计制作了一种可用于激光成像雷达的条纹管。测试表明,该条纹管时间分辨率达到50ps/lp,空间分辨率为20lp/mm,光阴极有效面直径为15mm。
The operation principle of streak tube is introduced. A streak tube for application of imaging lidar system is designed, developed and tested. The temporal resolution of tube is 50 ps/lp. The spatial resolution is 201p/mm. The effective area diameter of the cathode is 15mm.
