微波输能中一款S波段整流天线阵列研究 被引量:2

摘要 微波无线能量传输是空间无线能量传输的一种途径,微波整流天线阵列作为微波无线能量传输系统的重要组成部分,得到了迅速发展和研究。文章在2.45GHz频段分别设计了微带偶极子接收天线和高效微带整流电路,并组成50cm×50cm的微波整流天线阵列。阵列由72个整流天线单元组成,每个整流天线单元包括一个偶极子天线和一个整流电路。实验测试得到37.1%的整体传输效率。 The microwave power transmission is an approach to wireless power transmission in space. As an important part of a microwave wireless power transmission system, microwave rectenna arrays have been widely studied. A microstrip dipole antennas and a microwave rectifier with high conversion efficiency were designed at 2.45GHz, and a rectenna array with the area of 50em by 50cm was built. The array is composed of 72 rectenna units, and each unit consists of a dipole antenna and a rectifier circuit. The experimental results show that the highest microwave power transmission efficiency reaches 37.1%.
