嗜水气单胞菌致坏死性筋膜炎并发脓毒血症一例并文献复习

Aeromonas Hydrophila Caused Necrotizing Fasciitis Complicated by Pyemia: Report of One Case and Review of Literatures

嗜水气单胞菌是一种革兰阴性条件致病菌,其所致的败血症临床预后差,病死率为33%～70%。既往报道该菌感染导致的脓毒症、败血症多发生于免疫抑制或免疫受损者,且罕有社区感染的报道。本文报道1例无明显免疫受损病史的嗜水气单胞菌感染患者,结合病例资料认为临床需进一步加深对该病的认识,对于考虑感染致病的患者需要尽快确认病原体并进行相关病原体药敏试验,从而提高治疗效果。

Aeromonas hydrophila （AH） is a kind of pathogenic gram - negative bacteria. The clinical prognosis of septicemia caused by AH is poor, its fatality rate reaching up to 33% -70%. Previous reports showed AH -caused pyemia or sepsis occurred in immunosuppressed or immunocompromised patients and reports of community infection were very few. This pa- per reports an AH infected case without obvious history of immunocompromise and suggests that further understanding of this dis- ease need clinically, pathogens be confirmed as soon as possible and relevant susceptibility testing be preformed to improve its therapeutic effect.
