中美农村全科医学人才培养项目的比较研究

Comparison of Training Program of Rural General Practitioners between China and USA

通过文献查找,对中美两国农村全科医学人才培养项目的现状进行分析,重点比较两者在招生方式、培养内容、校园氛围、奖惩措施等方面的异同点,提出对我国的启示。

Through retrieval and review of the literature, we analyze the situations of the training programs of the rural general practitioners in China and USA, with the key points of comparison on the differences or similarities in admission modes, contents of training, campus atmosphere and rewarding and punishment measures, and thus we put forward the enlightenment to Chinese medical education system.
