社区老年人对居家医疗服务需求的调查研究

Demand of Home Health Care among the Community Elderly

目的了解社区老年人对居家医疗服务的需求情况。方法 2012年3月1日—8月31日,对杭州市上城区紫阳街道11个社区的以老年人为主的社区居民开展现场问卷调查。内容包括一般情况、生活现状、就医养老三个部分。结果共调查了201例老年人,其中46.2%(93/201)的社区老年人每月医疗费用支出在500元及以上;面临的主要困难是健康问题(40.6%,110/271),大多数居民生病时依靠自己(51.7%,104/201)或配偶(38.3%,77/201)照顾护理;居民对目前社区卫生服务感到较方便(96.5%,194/201)和较满意(70.6%,142/201);老年人希望的养老方式有政府主办的养老福利机构(52.7%,106/201)和居家养老(43.8%,88/201)。结论居家医疗服务是传统家庭养老模式的补充与更新,具有重要的实践意义和推广价值。

Objective To investigate the demand of home health care among the community elderly. Methods Resi- dents living in the 11 communities in Ziyang Street were surveyed using questionnaire between March 1 and August 31, 2012. The questionnaire had three dimensions, which were general information, living conditions, and health and aging care. Results A- mong the 201 elderly surveyed, 46.2% （93/201） had monthly medical expenses over 500 yuan RMB. Health issue was their major challenge （40. 6%, 110/271 ） . Most of them relied on themselves （51.7%, 104/201 ） or their spouse （38.3%, 77/ 201） for care in illness. Almost all of them felt the community health service convenient （96. 5%, 194/201 ） and satisfactory （70. 6%, 142/201 ） . They preferred to receive aging care from old people＇s home （52. 7%, 106/201 ） or at home （43.8%, 88/201 ） . Conclusion Home health care is a complement and renewal of traditional family care of the elderly, which is worthy of practice and popularization.
