摘要
本文报道了1例以身材矮小、原发性闭经为主要表现的垂体柄阻断综合征(PSIS)患者,并结合文献复习进行综合分析。PSIS的发病机制主要包括两大观点:围生期异常分娩、创伤、窒息史和遗传学改变,具体的致病基因尚不明确。
We report a case of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome （PSIS） characterized by short stature and primary amenorrhea. Literature review - based analysis found two main pathogenic mechanisms of the disease, including history of abnor- mal perinatal delivery, trauma, or asphyxia, and genetic changes. However, the virulence genes have not been located yet.
