需求分析是整个GMDSS通信系统模拟器开发的基础。利用"网络多媒体程序设计"的概念,可有效解决传统模拟器开发技术方案、面向业务应用的通信功能的开发、模拟器界面设计等方面存在的问题,高效、便捷地开发完成GMDSS系统中各主流型号设备的模拟器。

In this paper, we first point out the importance of ＂Requirement Analysis＂ in the development of GMDSS simulator. We put forward the concept of ＂network multimedia programming ＂ and discussed in detail the technology used in simulator developing- With these concept and designning architecture ,we developed the GMDSS simulator efficiently.
