摘要 随着现代船舶计算的发展,船舶轴系扭转振动成为船舶动力装置安全运行的重要因素之一,各船级社规范也对船舶轴系扭振提出了计算和实测的要求,本文结合实例对船舶轴系用霍尔茨法进行自由振动计算和采用能量法进行共振计算进行了简单介绍,结合实船的扭振测量的结果和理论计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,根据精确的原始轴系数据和柴油机参数,扭振计算的理论结果和实测结果非常吻合,本船的理论计算值符合实船状况,转速禁区设定正确。 With the development of modem ship calculation, the ship shafting torsional vibration is one of the important factors of marine power plant safe operation. The classification society also has requirements about calculation and actual measurement of the ship shafting torsional vibration. And introduce the Holtzman method for free vibration calculation and the energy method for resonance calculation based on the example. Compara- tive analysis the results with the torsional vibration measurement results and theoretical calculation results. The results show that using the data of the original diesel shafting data and engine parameters, can make the theoret- ical results tally with the measured results. So theoretical calculation results conform to the real, and speed re- stricted setting is correct.
