摘要
分析了热轧和连续铸轧工艺生产的坯料,在生产冷轧铝合金防盗盖板时的差异,研究了均匀化退火对铸轧料生产防盗盖板的影响。结果表明:两种坯料经冷轧再结晶退火后,形成较强的立方织构,产生不同程度0°/90°制耳,经过49%的加工率后,轧制织构无法和立方织构相平衡,冲杯仍形成0°/90°制耳,其中热轧料制耳最小,均匀化的铸轧料次之,未均匀化退火的铸轧料制耳最大。
The differences of producing cold rolled aluminum alloy sheet for bottle lid by hot rolled and continuous cast and rolled billets were analyzed. The effects of homogenizing annealing on roll east billet were researched.
