摘要 目的 研究氨基酸钙复合物对SD大鼠骨密度的影响。方法 将SD大鼠随机分成 6组 ,分别喂养氨基酸钙复合物、碳酸钙和低钙饲料 ,通过测量相应饲料喂养大鼠的身长和体重 ,钙表观吸收率 ,以及股骨的长度、重量、骨密度、钙含量等指标 ,观察氨基酸钙复合物对SD大鼠骨密度的影响。结果  3种剂量水平氨基酸钙复合物实验组及 2种剂量水平碳酸钙对照组大鼠的股骨长度、股骨干重、股骨骨密度、股骨骨钙含量以及身长显著高于低钙饲料对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 2种剂量水平氨基酸钙复合物实验组大鼠的股骨骨密度及股骨骨钙含量显著高于相同钙含量的 2种剂量水平碳酸钙对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。氨基酸钙复合物的钙表观吸收率两组差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To study the effect of calcium amino acid compound on the bone density of SD rat. Methods SD rat were equally divided into 6 groups and fed with feedsfuffs containing calcium amino acid compound, calcium carbonate at different doses and with low calcium content. The apparent weight of calcium, the length and weight of the rats,and the length, weight, bone density and calcium content of the femurs were measured in every group. Results The length, weight, bone density and calcium content of the femurs were significantly increased in the calcium amino acid compound group and the calcium carbonate group than in the simple feedstuff group ( P <0.01). The bone density and calcium content of the rat femurs were higher in 2 calcium amino acid compound groups of different doses than in the 2 calcium carbonate groups of relevant doses ( P <0.01). Apparent absorptivity of calcium were obviously elevated in the calcium amino acid compound group than in the calcium carbonate group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Amino acid calcium compound is able to raise bone density.
