金磊生长素对儿童心脏手术后营养代谢的影响

Clinical observation on Jinlei growth hormone in nutritional metabolism of children after heart operation

目的 了解金磊生长素在促进创伤愈合过程中对机体营养素代谢的影响。方法 将 6 0例先天性心脏病手术后病人分为对照组和实验组 ,实验组术后注射金磊生长素 ,每日 0 .2IU/kg ,连续注射 7d为 1疗程。观察心脏手术后病人血清谷 丙转氨酶、血清白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血清免疫球蛋白及尿中肌酐排除量等指标在手术前后的变化。结果 实验组病人血清谷 丙转氨酶、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、免疫球蛋白和尿中肌酐排出量与对照组比较差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 金磊生长素用于心脏外科手术后病人可促进机体蛋白质代谢 ,以利创口的愈合 ;同时可加速免疫球蛋白的合成 ,提高机体术后应激能力和免疫机能 。

Objective To study the effect of Jinlei growth hormone in nutritional metabolism during the period of wound healing in children after heart operation. Methods Sixty hospitalized children with heart operation were randomly divided into trial group ( n =40) in which Jinlei growth hormone was administered with a dose of 0.2 IU/kg and control group ( n =20) only with routine fluid infusion and free food. The levels of creatinine in urine and GPT, albumin, transferrin, prealbumin and immunoglobulin in serum were detected and recorded before and after the operation. Results Significant difference was found in the levels of creatinine in urine and GPT, albumin, transferrin, prealbumin and immunoglobulin in serum of the trial group and of the control group ( P <0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Jinlei growth hormone can improve protein metabolism and wound healing, accelerate immunoglobulin and increase the irritable and immune energy.
