摘要
观察了肾必宁冲剂对系膜增殖性肾炎模型系膜的影响，结果表明：该冲剂能减少尿蛋白、抑制系膜增殖及减少免疫复合物沉积。推测这些作用是通过降低胆固醇、ＴＮＦ－ａ、Ｄ－ｄｉｍｅｒ水平来发挥的。
An observation of the effect of this granule on the mesenteries of mesentery proliferation nephritis indicates that this granule is capable of reducing urinary protein, inhibiting the mesentery proliferation and decreasing immune complex deposit.Thus it is presumed that these actions are achieved by lowering the lev- els of cholesterols and D-dimer.
