摘要
愈痹丸能明显抑制性剂性关节炎，降低关节炎指数，对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀均有明显的抑制作用，能够减少单位时间内小鼠扭体次数，急性毒性实验测不出ＬＤ_(５０)，最大耐受量为成人剂量的１００倍，７天内动物全部存活，说明愈痹丸毒副作用小。
A pharmacological test and an acute toxicity test were conducted to explore the mechanism of this pil in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.It is indicated that this pill can markedly inhibit adjuvant arthritis an lower the arthritis index.I also possesses an obvious inhibiting action on ear tumefaction caused by xylene and food tumefaction generated by carrageenin,which can reduce the distortion frequency within unit time.LD50 is not available and the maximal tolerance dose is 100times that of adults.All the aninmals survive seven days,implying a little loxic and side effect of this pill.
