新活素治疗老年患者心肌梗死后难治性心力衰竭疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察新活素对心肌梗死后难治性心力衰竭老年患者的治疗效果。方法 62例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者经常规抗心衰药物治疗无效后加用新活素,观察治疗前后各临床指标,进行临床疗效的评价。结果应用新活素治疗后,左室射血分数、小轴缩短率、每搏输出量、每分输出量较治疗前升高,心率较治疗前降低,总有效率为88.7%。结论新活素能改善心肌梗死后难治性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高治疗有效率。
