鼻饲指导在减少出院后长期鼻饲老年患者鼻饲并发症中的作用

Nasal feeding guidance in reducing long-term nasal feeding complications after discharge in elderly patients

目的：探讨鼻饲指导在减少出院后长期鼻饲老年患者鼻饲并发症中的作用。方法：我科2009年3月～2012年8月出院的老年鼻饲患者100例，随机分为实验组和对照组各50例，两组在住院期间均予以相同的鼻饲专项健康教育后出院，实验组以电话询问或上门服务的形式加强鼻饲专项随访。比较两组患者鼻饲并发症发生率及家庭照料者护理鼻饲能力。结果：实验组鼻饲并发症发生数明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组家庭照料者鼻饲护理能力明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：实施出院鼻饲专项随访可减少长期鼻饲老年患者鼻饲并发症，值得推行。

Objective：To evaluate the role of nasal feeding guidance in reducing long - term nasal feeding complications after discharge in eld erly patients. Methods：A total of 100 patients were enrolled into the current study between March 2009 and August 2012 and were randomly divided into observed group （50 cases） and control group （50 eases）. The two groups were out of hospital after specific healthy guidance and followed up through tele phone consultant and face - to - face visit in order to compare the differences of complications in the long term and nursing skills between the two groups. Results ： The incidence of nasal feeding complications in patients with nasal feeding guidance was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ability of nursing skills in patients with nasal feeding was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nasal feeding guidance may reduce long - term na- sal feeding complications after discharge in elderly patients.
