摘要
目的:阐述和分析护理中专生实习前的焦虑因素,提高护生南学生向临床护士的角色转变质量,为学院制定具有针对性的实习前教育提供参考依据。方法:2013年3月采取一般问卷调查及焦虑自评量表随机抽样调查,并对结果进行分析讨论。结果:发放问卷128份,收回125份,有效应答率为97.65%,调查对象的年龄以17~18岁为主,焦虑影响因素中以担心实习中出现差错得分最高,为(3.43±1.10)分,焦虑人数为11人(占8.80%),焦虑的主要躯体表现为“我很容易脸红”,得分为(2.74±0.98)分。结论:自信建立在能力的基础上,护理教育者和护理管理者应以三基能力训练为基础,提高护生对临床的认知,采取团体治疗、团体教育、临床见习等方式,根据不同时期、不同心理状态进行施教,减小负性影响,提高l晦床实习质量。
Objective:Description and analysis of secondary nursing anxiety before internship students, improve the quality of clinical nurses shift from the student to the role of nursing students, the establishment has provided reference for the practice of education for college. Methods:From 2013 March, took investigation and anxiety questionnaire checklist random sampling survey,and the results were analyzed and discussed. Results :128 question- naires were distributed, 125 were recovered, the effective response rate of 97.65 % , influencing factors of anxiety to worry about practice errors in the high est score, as(3.43 ± 1.10 )points, anxiety number of 11 peoples(8.80% ) ,the main physical manifestations of anxiety of am very easy to blush, score was(2.74± 0.98 )points. Conclusion: The confidence is built based on ability, nursing education and nursing administrators should take three ability training as the basis, improve nursing students on clinical cognition, adopt group therapy, group education, clinical practice, applying the teaching according to different times, different mental state, to reduce the negative influence, improve the quality of clinical practice.
