On Cost Management of Highway Construction Stage

介绍公路工程施工阶段造价管理的内涵,研究施工阶段加强造价管理的措施。研究结果表明,施工企业要根据自身的特点,积极倡导合理预测、静态控制、动态管理的施工造价管理方式,正确处理好工程造价、工期和质量的辩证关系,把技术与经济相结合的宗旨贯穿整个施工过程,才能有效控制工程造价。

This article introduces the meaning of the cost management of the highway project in the construction stage and studies the measures taken to enhance the cost management of the construction stage. The research findings show that the construction businesses should promote the construction cost management mode of reasonable prediction, static control and dynamic management according to their own cases, cope with the dialectical relation of the construction cost, time limit and quality, and carry out the purpose of combining technology with economy throughout the entire construction process in order to control the effective construction cost.
