摘要
"培养‘厚基础、强素质、重能力’的应用型高级专门人才"和"服务海峡西岸经济区建设"是泉州师范学院的人才培养目标定位和服务面向定位。调研结果显示,管理人才是目前泉州民营企业发展迫切需要的,而毕业后到民营企业从事管理工作是许多泉州师范学院毕业生的选择。因此,培养具有较扎实的企业管理理论,知识、素质、能力协调发展,掌握一定企业管理技能和方法,具有较强实践能力和创新能力,适应民营企业经营管理需要的应用型企业管理人才,对于泉州师范学院具有必然性和必要性。培养应用型企业管理人才,要基于以下思路创新人才培养模式:明确人才培养目标和规格、注重提高学生综合素质、以有效知识学习为基础重视能力培养、以校企合作为平台加强实践教学、以学生为本改革教学方式、以能力为核心创新评价方式。
The objectives and service goal for the personnel training of Quanzhou Normal high-level application-typed talents with solid foundation, high quality and various abilities struction of the Straits West Coast Economic Zone. The survey shows that Quanzhou's private University's to train and to serve the con- enterprises need ur- gently management talents for their development and those who choose to do management work in the private enter- prises after graduation are graduates from Quanzhou Normal University. Therefore, it is natural and necessary for the university to train the application-typed management talents who have a good command of the enterprise managerial theories, skills and methods, whose knowledge, quality and ability develops harmoniously, and who are good at prac- tical work and innovation so as to adapt to the needs of the enterprises. To achieve this, the training mode should be based on the following: have clear talent-training objectives and standards, attach great importance to improving the students comprehensive quality and ability based on effective learning, strengthen empirical teaching and learning through the cooperation of the school and the enterprise, reform teaching methods to focus on the students, and inno- vate assessment modes to focus on the student's ability.
