The innovation of the research work in the Provincial Institute of Education plays a vital role in studying, guiding, serving the basic education and optimizing and strengthening self-construction. This paper starts with the objectives of the research work of the Provincial Institute of Education, expounds its basic features, and pro- poses relevant innovative ways so as to promote the management of the research work, thus providing approaches and reference for realizing the institute＇s new achievement.
