摘要
从虚拟参考咨询服务(VRS)组织模式设计的必要性和定义入手,着重探讨虚拟参考咨询服务组织模式的设计工作,以期对创新性地开展虚拟参考咨询服务提供指导意义。
Based on the necessity and definition of VRS organization model design, this paper focuses mainly on its design work, in order to give some guidance for carrying on virtual reference services in an innovative way.
