护理本科生积极心理资本与感恩特质的关系研究

Research on relationship between positive psychological capital and gratitude traits of nursing students

[目的]调查目前护理本科生积极心理资本及感恩特质的现状,了解两者之间关系,为高素质护理教育提供可行性参考。[方法]采用积极心理资本量表、感恩特质问卷对243名护理本科生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]护理本科生积极心理资本总分为123.37分±17.08分,其中各维度由低到高分别为韧性(4.23分±0.59分)、自我效能(4.55分±0.85分)、希望(4.96分±0.73分)、乐观(5.11分±0.70分);护理本科生感恩特质总分为(93.12分±12.93分),其中各维度由低到高分别为消极性维度(3.64分±1.15分)、幸运感/感激维度(4.60分±0.82分)、珍惜维度(5.17分±0.98分)、简单快乐维度(5.26分±1.10分)、回报维度(5.40分±1.09分);护理本科生积极心理资本与感恩特质呈正相关。[结论]护理本科生教育院校应采取各措施提升护理本科生积极心理资本,从而强化护理本科生的感恩特质及其对社会及其本职工作的积极影响,使护理本科生更好地适应和回报社会。

Objective：To investigate the status quo of nursing undergrad- uates^positive psychological capital and gratitude traits,and know about the relationship between them, so as to provide feasibility reference for high quality of nursing education. Methods：A total of 250 nursing under- graduates were investigated by using positive psychological capital scale and gratitude trait questionnaire, and to analyze the results. Results：To- tal score of nursing undergraduates^positive psychological capital was 123.37~ 17.08, including all dimensions from low to high respectively toughness（4. 23! 0. 59）,self- efficacy（4. 554-0. 85）, hope（4. 964-0.73） ,optimistic（5. 114- 0. 70） ;total score of nursing undergraduates＇ gratitude quality was（93. 124- 12.93）, all dimensions from low to high respectively were negativity di- mension（3. 64-＋-1.15）,lucky/appreciate dimension（4. 604-0. 82）, treasure di- mension（5. 174-0.98）,simple happiness dimension（5.26~1.10）,reward dimension（5.40 4- 1.09） ; nursing undergraduates＇ positive psychological capital was positively correlated with gratitude traits. Conclusion： Nurs- ing undergraduate education colleges and universities should take various measures to improve nursing undergraduates^positive psychological cap- ital, so as to strengthen the gratitude traits of nursing undergraduates and its positive influence on society and their job, make the nursing un- dergraduates better adapt to and return the society
