《护理岗位能力综合实训》课程对护生评判性思维的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探究《护理岗位能力综合实训》课程的开设对护生评判性思维和临床综合素质及技能的影响。[方法]将护理专业5个班级护生随机分为观察组92人与对照组135人,对照组护生采用传统的教学方法,观察组开设《护理岗位能力综合实训》课程。[结果]《护理岗位能力综合实训》课程开设前观察组与对照组护生的评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护生课程开设后寻求真相、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及CTDI-CV总分与开设前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的病例分析成绩与护理岗位能力和综合素质评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]《护理岗位能力综合实训》课程的开设对培养护生临床评判性思维能力有着积极促进的作用,同时有助于提高护生的病例分析能力、护理岗位能力和综合素质。
