This essay proposes to promote the connotation of specialty construction with information technology, to bring forth new teaching modes, and to rationally allocate and apply the existing teaching resources to improve the teaching quality. Though information technology can promote the specialty construction, its methods and implementation paths as well as the matters should be discussed and researched.
