摘要 张国翔校长对于职业教育本质具有深刻认识和理解,本文透视了其"人文治校"教育理念的形成和发展过程,揭示其重视学生人文精神的培养,实干兴校,成就学生的同时成就学校、成就自我的校园文化建设之路。 Based on Principal ZHANG Guo-xiang's profound knowledge and deep understanding of the" nature of vocational education, this essay explains the formation process and development of his notion of "humanistic school management", and proclaims his tbcus on the cultivation of students" humanism and his hard work which rejuvenates the school and leads to the success of students as well as the development of the. construction of campus culture.
