摘要
公共交通是城市交通的重要组成部分,其服务质量的好坏较大程度地影响到人们出行的舒适程度。以福建省福州大学城作为研究对象,建立综合评价指标体系,设计公交乘客满意度调查问卷,应用模糊综合评价理论对公交服务水平进行满意度评价,该方法步骤简单,直观易懂。
Public transportation is an important part of urban traffic, the service of which greatly affects convenience and comfort of passengers. Taking Fuzhou University Town as a research object, the comprehensive evaluation system of service quality is constructed. The passengers＇ satisfaction questionnaire is designed and the quantitative analysis is completed based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is simple and direct.
