摘要
预压试验是现浇箱梁施工中重要的一个环节,通过预压试验不仅可以掌握混凝土浇筑过程中移动模架的挠度及刚度变化,还能保证移动模架的使用安全和箱梁的线形。文中计算得到的预拱度对后续移动模架拼装过程中的标高调整提供数据支持。以石武客运专线DX32/900型移动模架造桥机械为研究对象,介绍预压的实施过程、测点布置及施工要点,对所测数据进行分析计算。
Preloading test is one important step in the cast-in-place beam construction. The variation of deflection and stiffness of movable scaffolding system will be obtained in concreting, and the security of this system and the linear of box girder will be guaranteed. The camber provides the data support to subsequent elevation adiustment. Taken the type DX32/900 movable scaffolding system in Shiiiazhuang- Wuhan passenger dedicated line as example, the construction process, arrangement of measuring points and key point of the preloading test are introduced. Analysis and calculation are implemented through the measured data.
