摘要
以铁路运输企业人才队伍过去的发展状况为背景 ,利用美国 SAS系统对铁路运输企业未来 10年人才的规模、结构进行了预测 ,然后提出实现预测目标的政策建议 。
On the basis of the development situation of human resource in railway transportation enterprises, the volume and structure of human resource in railway transportation enterprises in the next 10 years were forecast by use of American SAS system. Some policy proposals were given to achieve the goal. Also, some reference was put forward for railway transportation enterprises to make decision on personnel training policy.
