体校专业课教师角色定位

The Position of Professional Teachers' Character in the Sports school

专业课正从体校的大家庭中走出历史舞台,其原因不是它的懦弱无能,而是操纵它的人——专业课教师的角色定位不准确。专项训练关系到运动成绩,毫无疑问是体校的重中之重。而加强运动员文化课学习的方案也被提上日程。单单是专项课的改革话题无人顾及,专业课教师也许将随着专项课的取缔而调换职位。他们必须觉醒在变中求发展,通过教学改革、转变角色(成为沟通文化课和专项训练)、及提高自身职业能力等手段来确定自身的地位和价值。

The sports profession-lessons are disapearing from the school nowadays,whose reason lie in that the position of these teachers is not correct instead of itself. Both cultural basis-lessons and athletics＇ training were realized as the important things by school, while only the proffessional class was ignored by people. In the result ,Maybe the related facuties＇ job will be changed. So they must do their best to promote the revolution of teaching, alter own charater, or cultivate own professional capabilities better in order to improve these teachers＇ value.
