国培计划"影子研修3维度6模块"课程的目标定位是"提升理论水平、提高实践技能、提供发展动力";主要内容包括研习学科教学理论核心、高效课堂、实践重点与难点,以及研修导师引领参训教师确立专业标杆、参训教师互动经营教研团队等。该课程体系的建构必须以交融实施为路径,以问题解决为中心,以课例研究为载体。

The goal of the comprehensive 6-module curriculum for 'shadow study'phase(phase of learning practical teaching skills from experienced teachers) of national teacher-training program is to enrich trainees' theoretical knowledge,to improve their practical skills and to promote their development.The main content of the curriculum includes studying core teaching theories,improving the efficiency of classroom teaching,figuring out the key and the difficult points of practice,setting professional objectives and organizing teaching research teams under the guidance of experienced teachers.It is pointed out in this article that the construction of the curricular system must adhere to the principle of implementing the system,center on solving problems and be carried out through lesson studies.
