中国马铃薯标准体系建设与发展策略

Potato Standard System Construction and Development Strategy

标准体系建设是农业标准化工作的一部分。经过30年的发展,中国马铃薯产业初步形成了国家、行业、地方和企业4个层次,覆盖了马铃薯的产前、产中、产后环节的标准体系框架。但在体系顶层设计、研究基础支撑、标准实用性、标准实施修订等方面存在较大问题。本文有针对性的提出了完善中国马铃薯产业标准体系建设的发展对策以供决策支持。

The standard system is a part of the standardization of agricultural work. China＇s potato industry initially formed a standard system framework, covedng the potato preproduction, production and post harvest, including the four levels of national, department, provincial and enterprises standards in 30 years. There were four main problems of the potato standard system on top-level design, research-based support, usability of standard, and standards implementation. And four targeted measures improve the standard system Construction were proposed.
