摘要
利用振幅型空间光调制器作相移器的相移干涉技术评价了全息台的稳定性.利用Mach-Zender干涉仪获得相移干涉条纹图像,通过Fourier变换计算光波的相位.在一定时间间隔内,采集大量的干涉条纹图像,从而获得光波相位随时间的变化规律.用计算机程序找出这些光波相位随时间分布的半高全宽,在沙箱实验台和气浮隔振光学平台上采用完全相同的仪器和实验条件,通过比较半高全宽来评估2个全息台的稳定性.
The stability of holographic platform was evaluated by phase-shifting interferometer u- sing spatial light modulator as the phase shifter. The image of interference fringe was obtained by Mach-Zender interferometer and the phase of light wave was calculated by Fourier transform. After collecting a lot of interference fringes, the time-dependent phase-shift was obtained. The half width of phase-shift distribution was found by computer programs. The stability of the sandbox holographic platform and the gas floating vibration isolation platform was compared through the half width at the same conditions.
