针对某 3层砖混宿舍楼的增层改造实际情况 ,探讨旧房顶部与柱铰接的整体式外套框架增层改造方案的可行性及相关设计计算和结构措施 。

Aimed at the actural situation of a three storey masonry dormitory building intended to increase storey,the feasibility,design methods and structural measures about the increasing storey scheme with integral enclosure frame joined with hinge at the tops of the columns of old buiding are discussed in this paper.This scheme is very effective for the increasing storey reform of old building.
