海洋环境监测仪器国际专利竞争态势分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于Orbit专利系统数据库,对海洋环境监测仪器技术领域专利的总体发展趋势、全球布局情况、排名前15位创新机构以及关键技术进行了分析,并绘制了专利地图。结果显示美国拥有最多的优先权专利和公开专利,是技术的引领者;日本仅次于美国,但目前专利数量增加缓慢;西欧国家例如法国、德国和英国在部分领域进行了创新性的研究,因此在相关专利方面保持领先;我国与韩国近年来发展迅速,但目前仍然属于技术的追随者。本文旨在为海洋环境监测仪器技术与产业的发展提供依据和参考。 The profile of patents of marine instrumentS for environmental monitoring is analyzed and studied from aspects of overall devel- opment trends, geographic distributions, top 15 innovative institutes and key technology fields based on Orbit system database, and patent maps are also drawn. It is found that US is a technological leader in this field with the largest number of both publication and priority pa- tents. Japan is next to US, but now the number of patentS increases slowly. Western European countries such as France, Germany, and UK have done some innovative researches, and therefore they maintain their leading position with relevant patents. South Korea and China have been developing faster and faster in recent years, but they are still technological followers for the present. The findings in this paper can provide information and references for the development of technologies and industries of marine instrumentS for environmental monitoring
