摘要
从年度趋势、专利类型、技术构成、申请人、生态系统类型等角度,对中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)2001-2011年授权专利进行了分析,以了解CERN技术创新的现状、特点及发展趋势。结果显示,CERN技术创新活动发展迅速,技术创新能力和水平较高;技术研发重点领域主要集中在农林牧渔生产、生态要素观测两个方面,主要技术之间交叉技术累积优势明显;不同生态系统分别在不同技术领域具有明显的相对优势,在技术创新意识和创新能力方面存在差异。
Based on the granted patents of Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) collected from 2001 to 2011, this paper reveals the current situation, characteristics and prospects of technological innovation of CERN through the analysis of annual trend, patent types, patent IPC,applicants and ecosystem types of the patents. The results show that technological innovation activities in CERN have made re- markable progress in the past decade, the innovation capability is strong and innovation level is rather high; tow kinds of technologies are the focuses of CERN, one is about agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing, and the other is about measurement; the cross, penetration and fusion are obviously among main technology fields; each of the ecosystems of CERN has its own advantage in technology fields respectively, and differs in consciousness and capability of technological innovation.
