Study of risk assessment for new-media information systems development

文章按照系统论思想构建了新媒体信息系统(NMIS)开发中存在的人与社会因素、组织管理因素和技术因素3类风险因素,研究和建立了NMIS开发风险评价过程模型和风险评价的结构方程模型,并进行了实证研究。结果证明,对那些影响程度显著的风险因素可进行事前控制,根据组织在该方面的表现情况预测NMIS的开发效果。

In term of the systematic theory thinking, the risk factors in new-media information systems devel- opment are classified into three types, namely the person and society, the organization management and the technology. The risk assessment process model and the risk assessment structural equation model are con- structed for NMIS development. And the empirical study is carried out. The results show that advance con- trol should be applied to those risk factors which will bring fatal influence to NMIS development, and the NMIS development efficiency can be forecasted based on the organization behavior in these risk factors.
