摘要
以ZrOCl2·8H2O、YCl3的水溶液与NH4OH共沉淀法生成的高度无定形水合氢氧化锆(钇)为前驱物,加入矿化剂醋酸镁,水热法制备纳米ZrO2(3Y)粉体。采用XRD、TEM、BET等分析技术对合成纳米粉体的性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着醋酸镁浓度(0.03M、0.06M、0.09M、0.15M)的增加,ZrO2(3Y)粉体的比表面积呈上升趋势,对应的等比表面积当量球径呈下降趋势,晶粒尺寸减小。
ZrO2 (3Y) nanopowders were hydrothermally synthesized from the mixture of magnesium acetate and highly amorphous hydrous zirconia (yttria) precursor powders obtained by co-precipitation process using aqueous reactant solutions of ZrOCI2·8H20 and YCI3 as raw materials and NH4OH as precipitant. Then the prepared nanopowders were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, etc. Results show: with the increase of the magnesium acetate content (0.03M, 0.06M, 0.09M and 0.15M), the BET specific surface area of ZrO2 (3Y) nanopowders increased, while both the equivalent specific surface diameter and the crystalline size decreased.
