摘要
以某陶瓷模具制造企业为依托,在挖掘其生产计划主要问题的基础上,结合企业实际需求开发了"定制"的生产计划管理系统。首先对企业粗放业务流程规范化,使管理流程更加科学化,采用甘特图对产品及零部件进行生产日程安排,有效简化了企业"多品种小批量"生产模式下生产计划的制定,并根据机台实时状态将生产日程落实,排产效率得到显著提升;接着用质量检验代替大批量的生产数据录入,在剔除数据录入的同时保证了生产数据实时和可追溯性,通过设定生产和交货预警期,对在生产和交货预警期内的订单作出相应的预警;最后对系统二次开发作了相应的介绍。
Based on the observation of the main problems with the production plan of a tile mould manufacturer and the actual needs of the enterprise, a customized production plan management system has been developed. First, the system standardizes the enterprise's extensive business process to make its management more scientific; its use of a Gantt chart to schedule the management of products and spare parts effectively simplifies the production planning process for "small batches of varied products"; the implementation of the schedule considers the real-time operation state of each machine and significantly improves the production planning efficiency. Then, with the substation of quality inspection for large production data input, the system not only saves a lot of work of data input but also ensures the real-time monitoring and traceability of the production data; it sets early warning points for timely production and delivery of customer orders. Finally, the secondary development of the system has been introduced.
