抑癌基因DPC4蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达意义

摘要 目的:探讨抑癌基因DPC4蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及及统计分析。方法 :收集武汉市四大三级甲医院的骨肉瘤20例及良性骨软骨瘤5例,将实验分为骨肉瘤组(n=20)和良性骨软骨瘤组(n=5),采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组中DPC4蛋白的表达水平,采用HPIAS-1000图文报告管理系统对DPC4蛋白的表达进行定量分析。结果:DPC4蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中呈低表达,DPC4蛋白在良性骨软骨瘤组织中呈高表达,DPC4蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中的表达与良性骨软骨瘤组织的表达比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:DPC4蛋白的表达与骨肉瘤的发生发展密切相关。
