辽宁钢铁行业出口结构优化的策略研究

Strategy Research of Iron and Steel Industry Export Structure Optimization in Liaoning Province

钢铁行业一直是辽宁工业的重要标志,也是辽宁经济最为重要的支柱产业。但近些年来,受国际经济下滑、我国经济增速下降、部分行业用钢量负增长、市场需求萎缩、钢价大跌等不利因素的影响,我国钢铁行业的发展形势严峻,大多数钢铁企业均陷入微利和亏损的局面。在对辽宁现有钢铁企业面临的挑战与优势分析的基础上,提出辽宁钢铁企业要积聚创新要素,合理利用省内现有的铁矿石资源,整合现有钢铁企业。通过升级现有产品结构,进行全方位、多元化的营销创新等举措,来提升辽宁钢铁企业国际竞争力和应对国际贸易摩擦水平。

Iron and steel industry is always an important symbol of Liaoning industry and also most impor- tant pillar industry in Liaoning Province. However, recent years with many adverse factors about interna- tional economic downturn, decline of our economic growth rate, negative growth o steel dosage, contraction in market demand, steel price fall, our development of iron f partial industry in and steel industry is at grim situation. For several years most iron and steel enterprises are in situation with meager profit or deficit. On the basis of analysis of challenges and oning Province, this thesis puts forward that iron superiorities of existing iron and steel enterprises in Lia- and steel enterprises should accumulate elements of inno- vation, make rational utilization on existing iron ore resources, integrate existing iron and steel enterpri- ses, upgrade existing product structure, proceed all-dimensional and diversified marketing innovation, op- timize export structure, and export iron and steel products with high added-value. By these measures we can promote international competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises in Liaoning Province and the level of coping with international trade friction.
