全日制硕士研究生自主学习状况探析 被引量:9

摘要 自主学习是研究生阶段学习的主要方式,自主学习意识和能力的强弱也是判定研究生学习质量的主要指标。本文从自主学习目标、自主学习内容、自主学习策略、自主学习环境与评价反思等方面对全日制文科硕士研究生自主学习的现状进行调查,结果表明:硕士研究生自主学习存在以下问题:学习有计划性,但缺乏学习意志力;忽视学术研究,随意性较强;专业学习依赖性较强,独立性较弱;导师指导不足,师生关系有待改善;能够自主评价,但存在差异性。根据硕士研究生自主学习中存在的问题,我们提出以下建议:树立学术目标,培养终身学习意识;调整学习内容,促进理论与实践相结合;整合学习策略,提升自主学习能力;加强导师队伍建设,提升专业指导力;优化物质环境,逐步改善科研条件。为有如此,才能更好地培养硕士研究生的自主学习意识和能力。 Autonomous learning is the main learning style of postgraduate students. The awareness and a- bility of autonomous learning are also main indexes of judging the learning quality of postgraduates. This paper conducts the investigation of the present situation of full-time graduate students of arts from aspects of autonomous learning goals, learning contents, learning strategies, learning environment, learning eval- uation and reflection. The existing problems of postgraduates are: well-planned study but lack of will power, ignoring academic research with strong sense of random, strong dependence on professional learn- ing but weak in the independence, insufficient supervisor guidance and unsatisfactory relationship between teachers and students and independent evaluation ability but full of differences. Accordingly, we put for- ward relevant suggestions: setting academic goals, cultivating the awareness of life-long learning, adjus- ting the learning content, combining theory with practice; integrating learning strategies,improving auton- omous learning ability, strengthening the construction of tutors group, improving professional guidance, optimizing the physical environment and improving the scientific research conditions gradually. Only by this way can we cultivate postgraduates' autonomous learning consciousness and ability.
